Coolant hose connecting the thermostat housing cap to the upper bellhousing-mounted crossover pipe on Syncro Vanagons. Fits 1986-1992 Syncro models with the 2.1L waterboxer. The OE rubber hose is no longer produced; a silicone replacement (251 121 073SIL) is the current substitute.
